I ordered a mobile Galaxy M** *G (*GB RAM) from Samsung store /Samsung (Samsung India Electronics Private Limited) on *st of October **** and they promised me to delivered the product by * October but till now its ** of October they dont give my product why there is too much delay in my order , my payment method is prepaid from credit card ,
I received the tracking id from ekart logistics on my registered number and mail when i track the order they showing to gurugram milestone hub and Call is not connecting to the delivery person from Ekart .
I contact to Samsung customer care from previous * days continuosly but no one can solve my problem
sharing my issue regarding my delivery delay ,order id , name , email ,contact etc. , They only give the statement that we are sorry for this we raised your compalaint and forwarding to our senior team and giving me a waiting time of ** hrs to ** hrs by all the executives i talked they all are lying and not taking any action
Samsung need to focous on their Logistics service why they choosing the EKART their service is worst . As a consumer i am very disappointed i lost my trust to the company due to the trust issue i ordered a samsung device from official samsung store but what the difference between official and others like amazon and flipkart is better .
I daily track my order they daily increasing the delivery date Why ? I can't expecting this type of service from samsung why samsung choosing EKART logistics its a worst delivery service , they forced me to taking action i am very disappointed Why they wasted my time , please i want my order ASAP Otherwise I want to take legal actions from government of india ministry Consumer Act ****
