I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the repeated issues I have encountered with Ekart Logistics delivery services. Over the past few orders, I have noticed the following recurring problems:
*. Orders marked as "Out for Delivery" are not delivered, and instead, after several days, they are canceled without any valid reason.
*. Delivery agents falsely mark the status as "Customer Not Available" or "Customer Denied to Receive the Order," even when no attempt is made to deliver.
*. I have received calls from delivery agents, but they fail to deliver the package and subsequently update misleading statuses in the system.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
