Jabong. Com - Package not delivered

I had called to delivery boy and told not to deliver my parcel on my door since I was not there at my home. I had also told him that I 'll collect it from you. But he had left my parcel on my door step and next day updated that my parcel is delivered. When I saw the message of delivery , I immediately called him that to whom had you delivered. He told me that I had dropped it to your doorstep only. Then I had called to the company many times and they are also telling that they have checked it and that parcel was given to me only. However they could have called their delivery boy that whether I had called him or not. So this way I am feeling that I have lost my money along with this much annoyance I am going through.
I had ordered for three thing from which I had received one thing, that is "roadester self pattern blouse" two days back, but rest two things I did not received. I am attaching
