Ordered #OmbreLane dress from #Jabong. The quality is so bad I can't even image. And color is not also the same. Post delivery they said its 'non refundable, non exchangeable'. While we did the booking its was not showing the product is non returnable. I took all the screen shots when booked *nd time and as reference I have attached the images. Its clearly mentioned 'exchange/return in **days'.
I spend ****rs for a non branded product. I trusted #Jabong for this and the experience is terribly bad. The quality is very very bad. #Jabong are selling are bad quality products. I requested many time for refund my money everytime they stated not possible in adament tone.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
