Suryanarayanamurthy kolluri filed complaint against The Professional Courier on May 14, 2022
I have booked a parcel of food items for onward delivery to Bangalore at their Tanuku office vide consignment no TNK***** ON **-**-****. Expected delivery date was **-**-****. Today is **-**-****. The parcel is lying in their Benagaluru- south office (MTL) and nobody is picking up the phone and the Tanuku brach people are giving reckless replies and not rendering any service or cooperation.
