Package has been lying with the agent since Saturday (**/**/****). Professional Couriers office at the nearest location has been shut down since *-* months. This was verified through ********** (Mr Ravi Shankar), ex employee of TPC but still using company number so as to address enquiries and complaints. The Agent Number ********** is not picking up my calls whereas Agent seems to be speaking to others (probably personal calls). Pathetic service, will never recommend to anybody. The docket reference is KUR*********
