Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd - Package not delivered

I am from Indore and I had purchased electronic items from an supplier in Delhi through online / phone mode and requested the supplier to deliver to Indore through courier. The supplier booked the parcel through Trackon couriers pvt ltd on **th novemver **** ( Document AWB number **********). As expected I thought my parcel will arrive after * days and will be delivered. To my satisfaction I tracked the status of my parcel on **th november on Trackon website and I came to know that is has been arrived at destination . There was an landline number being displayed on trackon website , I called many times but the response was out of order.
I thought my parcel would be delivered on **th November **** as it was already arrived at destination . The day gone and package not yet delivered. I called supplier in Delhi and asked him to help and give me some other contact number so I can communicate and ask for my parcel, He had given mobile number of Trackon person in delhi. I called him and briefed him the situation and status and told him my parcel is still not delivered which was suppose to be delivered in * or * days. This person gave me another landline number of Trackon courier office in indore.
On **th November **** after many times**- ** times of dialing ( busy busy every time ) I connected and a lady responded , I briefed her the status of my parcel and asked her when will it be delivered. She asked me the address and document number and told the area is out of serviceable and cannot be delivered. I asked her why this information has not been intimated to me that parcel cannot be delivered after arrival of parcel on **th at your office and later I asked her why don’t you update the landline number of your trackon on your website she said its not my job. I asked her to get me connect to the manager she said he is not in office and shut down the phone.
Again I called the delhi trackon person and told him I had not yet received any satisfactory response and he said he will speak and call me later. After few hours I had a call back that person said the parcel will be delivered to your nearby trackon office ( palda area nearby to my residence ) and I can get pickup next day.
On *st DECEMBER **** , I called that person to ask whether the parcel was delivered to palda area so I can go and pick it up and also to share the address, after his communication with indore office he gave me mobile number of Manager of Trackon indore office and told me to contact him.
I called this manager and briefed him the status of the parcel , he was not in the office (Time **.** pm ) and he gave me another mobile number of his colleague and told to speak him. I called this person gave him the document number , he said parcel is arrived and is in indore office , I said I knew but why this was not delivered till date ..meanwhile he was asking his other persons in office why this parcel was not delivered but I got no proper response. I am totally fed up , lost my order , lost my time following up many times to many persons. till date ** december **** i had not received my parcel
Finally decided to take consumer support.
