HIREN HARIPRASAD RAO filed complaint against Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd on Apr 14, 2024
I have courier one parcel containing Ayurvedik Powder costing around Rs **** and paid Rs *** as courier charge for parcel to be sent from Ahmedabad to Banglore dt **/**/**** vide AWB No. ************ of Trackon Courier. Trackon Courier Data shows that parcel has reached at Banglore Domlur HUb Karnatka on **/**/**** and then it is lost. Customer Care and Branch has replied that my parcel is lost and we can not do any thing.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
