I have ordered on loomsolar.com, I have paid through Credit Card and I didn’t get the invoice bill & after Purchase they didn’t provide proper Shipping tracking date. They provided wrong Shipping tracking id that doesn’t work. There is no response to the WhatsApp or chat.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
