Amritanshu Mishra filed complaint against Dtdc Courier on May 6, 2019
On ** April ****, I went to Dtdc courier office and handed over my parcel to the person sitting there. He saw the packet, it was open because I had heard that courier companies want to examine the package. Then Dtdc guy only put tape all around the packet. Now my packet is undelivered. The Dtdc guy is saying I will inform you when it will return. I was writing my full address on from section but Dtdc guy stopped me. Then also I wrote my cell no. But till today my packet has not returned.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
