Fynd - Package not delivered but they are saying delivered

I order * jackets from fynd.com on **th October. In which i received * jacket on **rd October and for another one i received message that product shipped and provided me a tracking number.from that time i regularly try to track this package but it's shows that product not picked up. I sent many mail to them and they are always said that wait for some time it will delivered to you shortly etc etc. but on *rd november morning i received a message from fynd.com that product delivered. But it's not delivered to me. again i checked that tracking number and it's still showing that order not picked up but fynd.com update in his site that product delivered. It was my prepaid order. Whenever i contact them through mail they just send automated message that product delivered. It's like harrassment for me. Please help me with this problem.
