I placed an order for nike sport shoes and paid via card. Within an hour, I cancelled my order and the app shows they have refunded my money but there has been no refund received yet. Adding to this, there is no customer care service that responds to queries. Disappointed much.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
