I have ordered some beauty products worth around Rs **** on **th June at **.** hrs from BTM organics .They shipped the order via xpressbees AWB no ************* on ** nd June.By mistake phone number given on the parcel was wrong and I verified that it is a invalid number only.So I didn't receive any message from their side for delivery.Later on when I enquired tabout the order I found that in their system it is showing as delivered on **th June although I didn't receive the parcel at my address,I asked the security person in our complex he confirmed no one came there to deliver any package.I tried to call their customer service to lodge complain but they are denying about it.Need your support to resolve the issue.
