Shopznow.com - Package not delivered and not able to track

I want to complain on shopznow.com for not delivered the product in time or no update for a long time. I have ordered "mi band * fitness watch" For Rs.***/- on **th May **** at **:** am in shopznow.com. Till today I don't receive the product. I wrote a lot of emails to the "shopznowin@gmail.com" but no response. I am not able to track also (in their site there is no track option, update option). I want to file complaints against them in consumer forum for cheating, keep shopznow.com site in the blacklist.
