PRAFUL WAGHE filed complaint against Shopznow.com on May 29, 2019
Hi
I want to complain on shopznow.com for not delivered the product in time or no update for a long time and the company contact number is not working and I call on it many time and and they are not giving email reply also.
I have ordered "mi band * fitness watch" For Rs.***/- on **th may **** at **:**am in shopznow.com, till today I don't received the product, I wrote lot of mails to them "shopznowin@gmail.com" but no response , am not able to track also(in there site there is no track option, update option)
I want to file complain against them in consumer forum for cheating, keep shopznow.com site in black list
