Had return one item of ***/- and got credit of ***/-in street style store coupon as they don’t refund in customer bank’s account. Deducted *** from credit as they charged *** for their delivery cost. Placed another item to use the coupon of ***/-. It has been more ** days that the item has not been delivered. Lousy customer service never picks up calls. On the app, there is not provision to complain complaints.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
