I have placed an order for Unboxed MacBook Air with *.* GHz Intel Core i* processor- * GB RAM, *** SSD, on **th April ****. My order id is ****. Also, I have made a complete payment of Rs. ***** to avail the two-year extended warranty which suggested by Mr Prashant Gandhi Vootak representative. Now it's already * days and I have no update regarding the order. I am not getting any reply from the company and I also have dropped the email to them regarding the issue. When I try to track my order it says processing and it only shows I have paid Rs *****. But, in reality, I have made a complete payment. It was promised that the item will get delivered in * days but still I haven't received the product. Vootak Whatsapp assistance number is **********. Need a resolution from them.
