Vootak.com portal selling attractive electronics unboxed at a lower price and extended warranty.
WhatsApp contact calls not connecting on WhatsApp number (+** **********). No response from care@vootak.com also. The account name is under Neha Soni. Official seller names on Amazon.com are emobiles, green mobiles etc.
I placed order #**** on ** April **** received an immediate response before payment but after full payment to UPI ID vootak@icici (Neha Soni) no response and also order on vootak.com updated with only partial payment (Rs.**,*** out of Rs.*****).
After multiple follow-up and requests got a response on ** April **** like amazon denied to sell the product. Hence refund initiated (order status not updated in Vootak.com, order still shows processing). Today (** April ****) WhatsApp contact is blocked, messaged them from other number requesting reason to block and also informed them if no update will be provided I will proceed legally then also they blocked the second number too. They don't care about the legal process.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
