I placed an order in May. I was told it would arrive by July, the August. It is now end August and nothing has arrived. I have written to them multiple times but they REFUSE to give me an update and blame it on international shipping. I do not even know if it has been manufactured yet. After refusing to refund or update me, they are point blank ignoring me on IG. This is a blatant scam.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
