I ordered trial products from smytten dated **/*/**** and they mailed me to inform that your order has been delivered. And yet I haven't received any delivery . I talked to them and inform them that I haven't got any delivery today nor I have received any call from your delivery service regarding this. But they told me to ask my neighbors if they've received my parcel on behalf of me. Why'd anyone will receive my parcel on behalf of me when my whole family was present at home.
I email them everyday , asking if your are going to refund me or allot me new products but they say one thing only ( WE ARE TRYING TO SOLVE YOUR QUERY . REST ASSURED) .but I don't think they're doing anything because they don't care.
I am very unhappy with their service :(
