Medlife - Package not delivered

I ordered my medicines from medlife. The estimate time for receiving the medicines was ** mar. ** and today I got the message about the medicines that it is out for deliverery but now person who was going to deliver is refusing that their is so such delivery. And those medicines were very important to me.
Before this also the same delivery person has cancelled on his own and gave an unrelealistic.
