Very disappointed with Flipkart delivery system and customer support. My order with Order ID - OD****************** and Ekart id: FMPP********** ordered on *th August has been delayed. The promised delivery date was *th Aug and the first resolution date was within **th Aug. Updated resolution date was given as **th August **** * pm and now the updated date is **th August * pm and **th August. All I have asked to do is to wait without any resolution or updated product delivery date. They are postponing the dates without any proper resolution.
From **th August I'm getting calls from the support team to cancel the order every day and to place a fresh order. But they won't be providing the same offer which I got on *th August (Independence day sale **** INR on exchange and **% discount on ICICI bank card). The seller Truenet Commerce has shipped the product on *th August but Flipkart and Ekart are not delivering it to me nor allowing me to collect from their hub, hence not providing justice to the customer. No proper resolution provided and I all I hear from them is due to the unforeseen issue and the product has gone to some other location in Bangalore, which I believe can be sorted and the product can be delivered! There is no point in being a Plus customer.
All these have caused me mental trauma. My money has been blocked and no product delivery.
