Ankita Singh filed complaint against Zipker on Apr 17, 2019
I have ordered one dress from Zipker. After dispatching order with their courier partner they gave me tracking id. Through tracking id, I am able to see that courier arrived in my home town on *th April itself but not delivered till now. I have tried to call Zipker customer care so many time but they are not responding to my call and also not responding to my mail.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
