zipker - wrong item delievered and not refunded

Dear sir , I m quite disappointed with zipkershopping...In picture it shows another product and the product I received is completely different not only in quality but also in colour as shown in picture..
I placed order on **th july **** and product delievered on **rd july ****... I mailed them for returning their product and for refunding on **th july ....They provide me ticket number and but after that they did not respond my mail ....now its above ** days and they did not send me a feedback about returning this product... please help me for refunding my amount..
