Purchased byjus course for class * on * Feb ****. Repeated enquiry about delivery of package and order status was made but false assurance was given. When request for refund was made they blocked all communication. This has caused mental agony and fear of losing money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
