I ordered tops and there were lying in the hub for * days after reaching my city. then status suddenly changed to delivered. I didn’t receive any call or text. I contacted their customer care as well (mail and phone number). It stated that they’ll call back within ** hours but there was no help. my order was prepared and the status is delivered with no response from the delivery partner. terrible experience.
