Shadowfax Delivery - Package picked but not updated as collected

On sunday my package is picked and its not showing return picked from their end. I've voice vomfirmation of delivey person. Then I trued to contact hime he said to check it and confirm once then I sent him proofs in chat and called him no response from his side.
