After placing my order on April **, **** - despite multiple attempts to contact the team both through email (info@naughtyme.com) and through instagram (@nm_itsinmydna) and subsequent responses that my delivery was delayed as a result of covid-** and will be shipped shortly, there has yet to be any indication of delivery or initiative from the team to resolve this issue, let alone issue a refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

I had order a product from naughtyme.com on ** Jan ****. I got order confirmation number on mail. After that no further updates and their customer service was always busy and not available.
Due to covid i was in my home city. Not on delivery address. So i wanted to cancel the order but naughtyme.com didn't cancelled. So i cancelled by asking delivery agent. So order got returned to origin location. ...
