Due to covid i was in my home city.
Not on delivery address.
So i wanted to cancel the order but naughtyme.com didn't cancelled.
So i cancelled by asking delivery agent. So order got returned to origin location.
I have not got any refund.
I messaged customer service but never replied. Pls help me
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
