I have Order * products from Easymall shopping which i have done online shopping and i have done transaction and get notification from aaryan online retails india private limited ..i keep following with easy mall to deliver my product . i order on **th Feb **** till now i didnt get my product so i have contact with customer care to cancel my order and refund my money to my account because of late delivery , they are not listening to me for refund and they are giving me excusses.. I just wanted to cancel my order and refund my money back my Order Id : OID*****/OID*****
So kindly take some action on this matter
