Hi
I ordered an antenna for my microphone via Eassymall. Com on January *rd ****. They acknowledged that the order was received and fully paid. They claim that my order is processed and shipped via EcomExpress courier along with the Air Way Bill Number. But when I contacted the courier service they claim the package was not delivered to them yet. They are saying that I need to contact Eassymall customer support. This is a very frustrating situation and don't know where my order is and when will it be delivered.
