We never got our items but the app shows delivered. Customer care number does not answer for hours. Registered complaints and sent an email. No response. Is going to the Police and registering a criminal complaint of cheating the only option left for us?
We need to get back our money. Do not tolerate dishonesty and lack of ethics.
