Www.flipkart.com - Package Not Deliver and Return Back without my Consent

Dear All, I had order a Mobile VIVO V**e model form Flipkart _Order No - OD****************** ON **th Sep ****, As i got the Product Deal in offer and i was tracking the deal form past few weeks by visiting the Flipkart site finally i get the deal and done the Payment and order the Product and done payment of RS *****/- also i had to exchange my old phone along with this order. But the Wish master of Delivery team of flipkart not deliver the Product on **th Sep **** he said he will come after few deliveries to other customer i had tried to connect with him i wait for full day in evening i get connect than i said if u say than i can stay more hours in office in order to get my Product as i had ordered it on my office address .
But no one hear to me than i said ok - coming Sunday *st OCT **** is holiday and *nd oct **** is mahatma Gandhi birthday is a National Holiday so office will be close, kindly attempt delivery on next working day which was *rd oct ****. But i saw on *rd OCT **** t without my consent and will they Return the Product and deduct the Cancel change and refund initiated by them after charging RS ***/- .

So i can not re order the product on same price i have to pay more **** as today price i checked and i had been harassed by Flipkart mentally and economically and my time also loss in this incident i ask the compensation of my financial loss as we as my loss of time and harassed done by them their Customer care are not doing anything ! plz help
