Www.flipkart.com - Fake product shipped by Flipkart

I have ordered a Casio G-Shock watch (GWG-**** Mudmaster (G***) for Rs **,*** (Thirty-Five Thousand Nine hundred Ninety-Five) from www.Flipkart.com on March *st,****. The package was delivered in two days on March *, ****. When I opened the package I found it was a fake watch. It was a fake Chinese copy watch which can be bought for only Three Hundred Rupees and I had paid Thirty Five Thousand for this.
I immediately lodged a complaint with Flipkart with return request and sent them all the pictures and videos to prove my case. They told it will take twelve days to investigate the issue. Every day I was following up with Flipkart over twitter and email. Finally, on Seven March the return was approved and return shipment pickup was scheduled for Nine March.
On the scheduled day, no one came for pick up and no one picked up my phone when I tried to know the status. Next day I raised a complaint on twitter again and they given me a new date of the pickup which was Twelve march. But again no one came.
Later on Thirteen March I talked to customer service again and surprisingly they said my return request in invalid and they have to cancel this request. After pushing for thirty minutes one of the senior executive taken the request and asked me to wait till Seventeen march.
On very next day Fourteen March, I tried to reach to Flipkart from my account page but surprisingly my account is blocked and I can't reach to anyone.
After that, I sent an email to Flipkart CEO and other key persons and no one did respond well in this matter. I have suffered a big loss in this and no one is simply listening. They have prejudice in their mind that Flipkart did nothing wrong by creating a customer.
In this matter, I have clearly seen how www.flipkart.com is cheating its customer by allowing fake sellers to register on their platform
This clearly shows the involvement of Flipkart executives/supply chain in delivering fake products to the customer.
