I bought a bali package from oyo for ****** it included a tour to nusa penida they promised to give it to me on private basis i have messages from company when booking the wrote its on sic then i told them that they have sold me the package that was on private basis to which they agreed and told that on package it was written by mistake they whatsapp massaged me that tour will be on private basis now when i reached the island their local travel partners refused to give me a private vehicle and offered me to share a vehicle with three drunk men so i then booked my own vehicle and return ferry they said the have no intimation from oyo about private tour oyo have said that the tour will be on shared basis please help
