** days back I have booked a Goa tour starting from **th Oct ****.I had cancelled the tour after two days due to some reasons. Although cancellation policy is written in Invoice. You also agree that most of the People did not see the cancellation policy. Last ** days daily contacted your customer care or support team asking for my advance money, Now today they are saying that no refund is possible.I have paid nearly Rs.*****.** money to oyo. Being a senior citizen this amount is very big for me.
My Booking Id is TH-VEDY****.
Please help me regarding this.
As per oyo team no booking of hotel was done prior to cancellation.
Please look into it and do the needful at the earliest.
