as i ordered an item names nike epic react flyknit running shoes, order id: *********** form snapdeal.com which will be delivered on *th january but on ** december in evening as I turned on my phone after completing my exam of aktu *th sem i received a message that was product was delivered, but how can it be possible that delivery man delivered my product without contacting me and without any id proof for prepaid order, actually the product was not delivered to me or any of my family members . i dropped complaint mail against this issue to snapdeal but yet they did not resolved my problem.
i dragged a proof of receiving from snapdeal's logistic partner which clearly shows that product was not delivered to me.
note: snapdeal customer care have only computerized assistance which programmed only for few queries i.e. you can't express your problem to snapdeal via call and their email support takes too long time for responding
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
