Pepperfry.com - Package is different from what was shown in images of their portal

This was my first buy from Pepperfry and I am sure to not come back to this site for further purchasing because it was a highly disappointing buy. My order summary was of the total cost of **,***. I can't even begin to explain what a loss it was on us. First of all, it took nearly a month in product delivery and secondly the most shocking part of the whole deal was how that product is shown in the most deceiving ways in their catalogue. I had to delay my product assemble for a few weeks because I was out of town and our home was under construction and I was relying on the product images shown on the site. So it was only when today i.e. **th June **** that I got it assembled and was shocked to see that the product nearly delivers of what the pictures promised. The sole part that was not described anywhere on the site was the base of the bed because there is not any, they just provide a bunch of ply sheets that too unattached to the bed and that is what makes the base of the product, never in my life saw such a bed. I would like to return the product or the price refund whatever is possible and when I contacted the company regarding the same they were highly uncooperative and had no solution to my problem because return policy time had exceeded for more than a week. But there was in no way an acceptance on their part that they had deceiving photographs of their product on their site.
