We placed an order for delivery via the company's app on **/**/**. The package was picked up the next day and shipped. Estimated delivery was initially **/**/**, however, it got delayed for days, wherein, the package was stuck in one location for two days. The package remained undelivered for days after arriving at the destination, on **/**/**. Every day they gave an update on the order tracking page stating poor weather conditions, but there were no issues as the weather remained perfectly fine all these days at delivery destination. In all this time, we had raised several complaints via the app. We even tried calling the customer support number but remained unreachable. Eventually, on the evening of **/**/**, their customer support executive, Shashank Tiwari reached out via the same complaint thread asking for our bank account details for a refund as the package had apparently been damaged and they had discarded the same. To which I responded and asked why they had not asked for our opinion before taking the decision, who had given them consent to discard the package and exactly what amount they were planning to reimburse without knowing the actual value of the package. I requested a call back but they never called. Instead they sent another update via the same thread stating the package had been returned, again without our permission or consultation. We do not understand where this package has been returned and to whom because we have not received a tracking ID for the same nor any more information. They then closed the support ticket abruptly.
