I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with VI's network services that I feel compelled to share. The issues I faced highlight the significant problems with their network and customer service.

Issue number *: Overcharging and Barred Services
To begin with, I was shocked to find that VI had overcharged me on my postpaid bill. Not only that, they went ahead and barred my services despite there being a credit of **** INR for the bill. This kind of mishandling of billing and service suspension is simply unacceptable. It reflects a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for their customers.

But that's not the worst part. The network problems have persisted for nearly a year now. It's astounding how I've encountered network issues in almost every area I've been to. The bandwidth is consistently abysmal, making even basic tasks like browsing the internet a frustrating ordeal.

Issue number *: WhatsApp Text Message Services Affected
One of the most exasperating experiences I had was with VI's inability to provide reliable network services for WhatsApp text messages. Due to what they claim to be a "network issue" or "bandwidth issue," I found myself unable to use WhatsApp properly. In this day and age, when messaging apps have become an integral part of our communication, this level of network inadequacy is simply ridiculous.

It's disheartening to see a network provider like VI fail to deliver on the most basic expectations of their customers. From overcharging and service suspension to consistent network problems and even impacting the use of essential apps, my experience with VI has been nothing short of a nightmare.
They've been harrasing me with the demand notices furthermore.
I sincerely hope that VI takes these issues seriously and makes immediate efforts to rectify their network problems and improve their customer service. It's high time they prioritize their customers' needs and provide the reliable and efficient network services they promise.
