Supertech (india ) Private Ltd. - Overcharged for Power Back with False communication

I was in requirement of Power backup as Load extension and was in discussion with Supertech limited society office since long time. Whereas from Initial stage it was informed and discussed with Society office to update towards any promotions or discounts which will be offered. Numerous communications in written and verbal conducted with society office but, Society office has assured that no possibility of such offers being introduced.
Further looking at my requirement paid to society office as per listed price Rs. **,*** on **th April ****.
But, it seems and clearly visible with the act of Society office of Supertech to cheat residents by keeping information inadequate. As after my payment to Society office on **th April, Society office announced discount on per KVA load on **th April.
Amount which charged to be for * KVA load was offered with almost **% discount and Society office overcharged me with Rs. **,***. However sudden discount strategy cannot be planned and implemented in duration of * days. It’s clearly depicts Society office wrong intention by creating miscommunication and minting my Hard earned money with further impact during COVID-**.
