This COMPLAINT is with reference to my ride taken on ** Jan **** --FROM IGI AIRPORT DELHI - TO- MAPLE DRIVE SECTOR ** GURGAON.
The amount shown at the time of booking was around ***/- . BUT THE FINAL AMOUNT CHARGED WAS --****/- !!!!
The receipt shows a normal distance of ** km from airport to sector ** Gurgaon. BUT THE DISTANCE DRIVEN IN THE RECEIPT SHOWN IS **.** KM. THE DRIVER COVERED THIS DISTANCE IN ** MINUTES. THE DRIVER CAN COVER THIS DISTANCE --ONLY IF HE WAS FLYING.
FOLLOWING AMOUNT IS SEEN AS OVER CHARGING--
(a)- kherki dhaula toll charges-- **/-. this toll does not come on the route from airport to sohna road.
(b) MCD tax-- ***/- NOT APPLICABLE.
( C) WAIT TIME-- **/- I HAD TO WAIT FOR ** MINUTES , NOT DRIVER.
(D) T*PICK UP CHARGES-- ***/- . NOT APPLICABLE.
( e) Distance surcharge-- ***/- not applicable
( f ) distance fare of ***/- needs to be reconsidered and reduced from ** km to ** km.
with this billing i have felt cheated. It is expected that the normal fare of around ***/- will be charged and balance be refunded immediately.
