Please find below the message sent to one of the dealer from where I took the bike (***ES).....bike is being sold at inflated prices and having no justification. Bills of auxiliary items is not being provided too, Cash payment @*% is being taken for payments made by cards. Such things at the showrooms of such a prestigious brand like Royal Enfield can't be appreciated, kind intervention in this regard is requested.
I would like to draw your kind attention towards the charge paid by me for the bike. I summarised the total cost as:
Rs.****** for bike
Rs. ***** for RC
Rs. ***** for Insurance
Rs. **** for Leg guard (Bill of which and guarantee is not generated/mailed to me)
Total cost comes out to be Rs. ******/-
Bill paid by me is ******/- , I would like to know where is Rs ***/-(extra paid)
Please find attached sheets for my payments made by me. **k+**k+*****+**k+**k (boking amount)
I shall appreciate if the details pertaining to my payments may plese be acknowledged to me. Waiting for remarks from your end very soon.
