I have taken a uber ride on **th December **** which costed me **** for a business trip. So for reimbursement purpose i tried downloading invoice but it showed that invoice available. I have complained more than ** times about this issue through help. But there was no response. Now the company's finance team isn't accepting the bill without invoice. I have lost **** rupees thanks to Uber just for the sake of invoice. Worst consumer response from uber support.
