I had paid Rs. **,***/- by ICICI CREDIT CARD and ordered for new phone (Vivo V** pro) via paytm app on *.*.**** vide order id *********** but received dummy phone (Vivo Y**) on *.*.****.Delivery boy just handed over the product pack to my older father and ran away immediately without even asking for OTP received on my registered mobile no.Further Return request was immediately placed on *.*.**** after checking the package.It was showing your return will approve by *.*.**** and pick up by **.*.**** but nothing has been done yet.Paytm ticket *********.
