sir i tell you. i purchase online product from poorvika mobile. xiaomi redmi * on ** july **** & i will cancelled it on ** july **** my order no-****** with amount of rupees ****. sir the company say me wrong information about my refund. he say you receive refund amount with in two days from order cancellation. but currently today ** july i cannot get refund amount from poorvika mobiles. sir this is a serious problem about me sir please help me.employees of poorvika mobiles say wrong inform about refund purposes
