I purchased a mobile phone on **th July late evening for Rs.**,***/. Next day noticed that the mobile sold by Poorvika mobiles, Rajapalayam branch is the faulty one. So I contacted the authorised mobile service centre and they clearly have a certificate that its faulty one. They also advised me to get in touch with Poorvika mobile (Rajapalayam branch).
When I called them about this to get a refund amount I paid they are saying they can not return back the money as per their policy. Expecting a speedy solution for the time I spent and also the amount I paid them.
