The very first experience with Pepperfry (online) and for sure this has been really disappointing.
I placed an order (order number *********) on **th August **** but the product is still NOT delivered to me, it was supposed to be delivered to me on **th August **** but no update of delivery from pepperfry even after multiple mails to their CEO.
I tried tracking orders by clicking on "Track your shipment here" which redirected me to fedex (worst delivery channel), FedEx website is telling me that there is no such shipment with the tracking ID provided by pepperfry.
Now no body knows where my order is and by when I am going to get it, moreover pepperfry team is neither willing to update me the current status nor willing to cancel and refund.
Money is stuck and with no product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
