I placed an order (Order ID- OD****************** ) on **-**-**** at around **.** AM. The amount of Rs. *****/- was instantly debited from my account, but the order has been pending since then. Upon contacting customer care I was told on **th December that the order will not get processed and it'll get cancelled as ** hours has been passed and I have to place a fresh order. As directed, I placed another order on **-**-**** at *.** PM of the same product (Order ID- OD*****************) and the same thing repeated. Rs. ****/- was deducted but the order is still pending. Now Flipkart is neither processing the order nor refunding it.
Things going around there is beyond my understanding. Therefore, I decided to take help from customer service. But what I have found is that they are not only clueless about the scenario but also poorly trained and very unprofessional. They keep on rambling about the fallacy of ** hours waiting period even though it is already past ** hours. They are not even able to provide an answer to a question. Moreover, they repeatedly disconnect the chat and call midway through a conversation. This is a kind of helpless situation. That is why I seek your intervention. I hope that the necessary steps will be taken.
