Pohucnch com - Order not placed after deducting money

I have ordered hot chocolate powder amd nice time biscuit, total ***+**=*** it asked for payment, I paid, money deducted but with no avail, it showed as if I haven't paid, I even asked for bank but they said no problem from thei side, and asked me to contact merchant to whom I paid, I tried calling Pohucnch site but they don't respond, their agents always are busy.
